Revolut takes over hotel technology provider Nobly

Revolut has grabbed a hotel industry technology provider as it seeks to become a “one-stop-shop” for its clients to manage their businesses and finances on a single platform.
Revolut, one of the leading figures in the neobanking movement, has acquired London-based Nobly, founded in 2013, which has developed an electronic point of sale (ePOS) system for restaurants and other hotel businesses.
The system helps them manage transactions, payments, inventory, table service, loyalty programs and online orders in one application.
Nobly currently serves merchants across the UK, US and Australia.
Its technology will be integrated into Revolut’s payment hardware and payment processing offering.
Revolut says the purchase will allow its hotel customers to “open a digital account, use currencies, issue cards, manage and sell their products seamlessly, and accept payments online and offline from the unique Revolut Business environment, which saves time and lowers direct costs for its customers â. .
In the future, Revolut plans to launch it in all of its markets.
No financial details of the deal have been disclosed.
