My wife Sandy worked at a Pizza Factory restaurant in high school, so I already knew the brand. Marquez has always been a kid at heart and loved pizza. He plans to explore other ownership opportunities with Pizza Factory in the future, in order to continue to expand the brand’s reputation in family dining with several quick and casual prototypes and a new model of Express Quick Service.

As Pizza Factory continues to expand into new markets, the brand offers multi-unit operators flexible new build or conversion options with delivery / curbside and traditional catering prototypes ranging from 1,000 to 4,000 square feet. .
